Online Returns – General Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items (including promotional gift items) must be returned within 14 days of receipt, meeting the conditions below:
Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unaltered, unused, and in sellable condition
Packaging Requirements

Return items in their original packaging, box, or dust cover

Tags, labels, and instructions must be attached

Include authenticity cards, where provided

Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact
Documentation

Include the original order confirmation in the return
Note: Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused and returned at your expense.
